In this role, you will lead the strategy, standards, governance, and roadmap for how customers navigate, discover, and orient themselves across logged-in web and native mobile experiences. You will connect structural navigation and contextual wayfinding to make complex information architecture seem simple and intuitive, aligning Lines of Business and product, design, data, and engineering partners around scalable patterns and measurable outcomes.
