About this job

The Senior Manager, Operations Program Strategy will build and lead the operating system that enables CLEAR’s field organization and Aviation leadership team to execute consistently and scale effectively. You’ll own the standards, program governance, strategic planning, initiatives organization, and change management that connect Central Operations with the field—ensuring programs are ready before launch, priorities stay aligned, and change lands successfully across all Aviation programs.
