Position Overview The Manager, Client Relations Events - North America executes individual in-store client events and animations based on Client Relations and Events Strategy, handling the hands-on coordination, vendor follow-up, and on-site setup needed to deliver a high-quality client experience. This role is the primary on-the-ground point of contact for all Americas led retail activations, ensuring logistics, merchandising, operations and CVM elements come together as planned. This role is also the primary partner in all market led activations, working in close contact with regional teams and supporting brand alignment; communicating guidelines and toolkits for all evergreen, festive moments as well as collection focused initiatives.…
