About the role The Marketing Campaign Operations & Automation Manager will build and run the execution engine that helps Justworks Marketing launch coordinated campaigns across paid media, web, email, events, and customer-engagement platforms. You will translate Marketing’s plans into working campaigns—from audience identification to activation and automated workflows to landing pages, forms, tagging, tracking, and launch quality assurance. Every campaign should connect to the broader acquisition funnel and customer lifecycle, with clear follow-up and reliable measurement.
