Are you an operationally-minded leader with a passion for social impact and employee engagement? As a Program Manager on the Ripple Impact team, you will play a key role in managing and scaling Ripple’s employee giving and volunteering programs across global offices. You will manage our CSR software, organize volunteer events, and craft communications that help ensure Ripple employees are fully engaged in participating in collaboration with nonprofit and academic partners. This role requires in-person relationship building. Travel expectations can be up to 20-25%, depending on seasonality.
