The case manager supervisor position is designed to fulfill all job duties associated with the case manager job description, monitors and evaluates the case management program, coordinates case management services, and assists persons with disabilities in coordinating services that are needed and desired. The case manager supervisor should function as an educator and a resource. The case manager supervisor is responsible for training and supervising case management staff.
