Job Description Summary Responsible for managing customer-facing software implementation projects from kick-off through go-live and handoff. Leads cross-functional coordination among customer IT teams, clinicians, engineering and commercial partners to deliver successful deployments, mitigates risk, drive customer adoption and achieve project objectives. Requires strong project management, communication, organizational and technical problem solving skills in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. **Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
