MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Manage one or more complex Research and Development projects and programs. Expedite, manage, and coordinate a multitude of interrelated activities within constraints of limited human and financial resources and changing priorities. Comply with the Quality System. Manage expense and capital budgets and provide resource estimation for new program proposals. Independently lead large, complex, high-risk programs and manage overall program financial performance while ensuring alignment with divisional operating goals and business strategy.
