Specific Job Duties Leadership & People Management Directly supervise Level 1 and Level 2 IT Technicians. Directly supervise the Network Engineer, who reports to this position. Assign daily work, manage schedules, and ensure appropriate coverage for plant operations. Mentor, coach, and develop technicians to improve technical capability and operational maturity. Provide performance feedback aligned with Norplas expectations and IT standards. Ensure technicians follow documented procedures, escalation paths, and security practices. Ensure security KPIs and helpdesk KPIs are achieved. Implement Mafact best practices. Escalate issues as needed to the Enterprise Operations and Technology Manager. IT Operations & Plant Support Own daily IT operational stability for production‑critical systems.…
