Your Role & Responsibilities The Operations Manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination of operations and production at the facility. The position requires an individual with a strong background in batch chemical production process, excellent time management skills and a proven record of successful leadership skills in a chemical manufacturing industry, or a similar related field. Responsibilities Production: Manage the operations facilities, assets, and personnel, ensuring that all operational activities are conducted safely, efficiently and effectively while ensuring conformance with all Corporate and local policies, programs, legislation and budgets.
