Major Duties Manage and expand relationships with complex institutional securities lending clients. Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic initiatives, service enhancements, and business objectives. Develop innovative solutions that address evolving client needs and industry challenges. Coordinate internal resources to ensure exceptional service delivery and timely issue resolution. Educate clients on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting their securities lending programs. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional products and services. Develop pricing strategies and manage client profitability while maintaining awareness of market and competitive dynamics.…
