Manufacturing Unit Manager __ In this role, you will lead the local Supply Chain Management organization and be responsible for its performance, development, and strategic direction. The SCM team consists of Procurement and Planning (production scheduling and material planning) teams. The work model for the role is: Hybrid out of Bartlesville, OK. #LI-Hybrid Your role and responsibilities: Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Product Development, Product Engineering and global SCM teams to improve end-to-end business performance Lead local Procurement and Planning teams, ensuring that local teams are properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed; guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.…
