THE ROLE As our RRO Program Manager, you will lead and transform Everpure’s global reverse logistics network, optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of returned products, refurbishment, repair, and remanufacturing. Collaborating closely with Customer Support, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external 3PL partners, you will convert complex reverse supply chain challenges into operational efficiency and strategic business value. Your mission is to elevate the customer experience by accelerating turnaround times while driving cost recovery, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability across our hardware ecosystem.
