Creators bring ideas to life, Pinners signal emerging interests and intent, and advertisers help people act on what inspires them. This role will define how Pinterest measures that flywheel, helping advertisers understand how Pinterest and its creators build awareness and drive business outcomes, while helping creators understand the value they generate and unlock new opportunities with brands. The ideal candidate is a Staff-level product leader with substantial ads measurement experience and a deep understanding of how advertisers set objectives, deploy tactics across the full funnel, and evaluate outcomes.
