The IT Contract Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and the Chief Technology & IP Counsel to manage contract templates, draft and negotiate technology agreements, and assist with due diligence on IT-related assets in M&A transactions. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, innovative financial services environment. Maintain and update IT‑related contract templates (software, data, technology services) for all business units. Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software and data license agreements, SaaS, services, and outsourcing contracts. Support the preparation of confidentiality, trading systems, FIX connectivity, API implementation, hosting, and research distribution agreements.…
