O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Billing Appeals Specialist to manage the firm’s insurance carrier invoice appeal process. This position is responsible for reviewing invoice reductions and denials, preparing and submitting appeals, monitoring deadlines, and tracking recovery efforts. The ideal candidate has experience with law firm billing, insurance carrier billing guidelines, and electronic billing systems. This individual will work closely with attorneys, billing staff, and finance to maximize revenue recovery, minimize unnecessary write-offs, and identify opportunities to improve billing outcomes. This is a hybrid position requiring the employee to work in the office five days per week during the first 90 days of employment.…
