ABOUT THE TEAM Anduril's Legal Team seeks a Legal Counsel, Maritime to support its Maritime Division on a transformational shipyard program. This role is located in Washington D.C.. This is a unique hybrid role requiring both government contracts expertise and corporate legal experience. Anduril's Maritime Division has recently been awarded a major multi-billion dollar shipyard contract that requires standing up a new company structure, managing complex government contracting relationships, and coordinating large-scale financing and real estate transactions. ABOUT THE JOB Anduril has just secured a landmark shipyard contract.
