Provides substantive assistance to internal and external attorneys regarding the management and resolution of a wide range of complicated and sensitive legal matters, including but not limited to supporting attorneys throughout all phases of commercial and employment litigation. This position plays a significant and meaningful role in case management, preparing legal documents, and coordinating discovery and trial logistics. Basic understanding and general familiarity of applicable commercial and employment law, regulations, and other applicable requirements. Ability to effectively interact with internal and external attorneys and demonstrated ability to play a key substantive role in effectively managing litigation and other legal projects.…
