NBCUniversal is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly efficient individual to support its Advertising Partnerships & Marketing Legal teams (with attorney oversight as necessary). The ideal candidate will have experience providing contract support for advertising sales and/or marketing initiatives and partnering with business teams on the creation and execution of innovative content, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns. Here you can: Draft, review, revise, and negotiate clearance agreements, location agreements, vendor agreements, equipment rental agreements, non-disclosure agreements, venue agreements, SOWs, promotions documents for contests/sweepstakes, and other contracts Provide timely and thoughtful advice on potential risks and issues Research and evaluate…
