The Junior Legal Counsel for Markets Contracts Negotiations is an intermediate level position responsible for providing legal guidance and thought leadership to the Markets Business. This position supports the firm’s global derivatives business by providing essential negotiation of the firm’s International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) contracts and other Over-the Counter (OTC) derivatives and clearing agreements. The Negotiator is responsible for managing all stages of the contract process from the initial drafting, internal escalations, client interface through execution. This position is particularly focused on routine amendment negotiation coverage of ISDA contracts and other OTC derivatives and clearing documentation.…
