Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate Transactions Duties: Provide comprehensive legal support and advice to all functional areas of the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, tax, treasury, and corporate development teams, to address legal issues related to business activities and transactions.
