As the Recruiting Operations & Enablement Specialist, you will support IMC's Global Head of Recruitment Operations in building and running the systems, processes, and programs that enable our recruiting teams operate efficiently and deliver excellent hiring outcomes. You will partner closely with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, HRIS, and business stakeholders to lead operational projects, improve day-to-day processes, and identify practical ways to apply AI and automation to manual work. You bring a recruiter's instinct for what good hiring looks like, a project manager's discipline for getting things done, and genuine curiosity about how technology — especially AI — can remove friction from recruiting.…
