ABOUT THE TEAM Our recruiting team brings in the people who turn NEO from a design into a robot ready for the home. We partner closely with manufacturing and operations leaders to hire the technicians and skilled tradespeople whose craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving make that possible. YOUR CHARTER The mission of this role is to build the skilled trades teams that enable 1X to scale production. You will own recruiting from first outreach through start date, running the hiring events that bring hundreds of candidates through our doors, identifying exceptional hands-on talent, and helping hiring managers make confident decisions as manufacturing needs evolve.…
