POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Director is responsible for generalist human resources matters at Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP), a rapidly growing, multi-state veterinary company. The role covers HR due diligence and onboarding for acquisitions of small veterinary hospitals, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation management, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll, and benefits. As a member of the core leadership team, the HR Director will build the company’s HR function and its initial benefits offering, working closely with the CEO and COO.
