We’re hiring a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Sales, GTM (Pre/Post Sales - Solutions Architect roles with secondary coverage for G&A as bandwidth allows (e.g., Marketing, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, Executive Support). You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, run efficient recruiting processes, and deliver strong, vetted pipelines on tight timelines. About the role: In this role, you will own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Business roles, including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and close. You will also flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits, building pipelines and running structured processes for Finance, Legal, People Ops, and Executive Support.…
