Vast is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, to bring precision and care to how we coordinate interviewing across the company. You run interview scheduling and logistics across our open roles, working side by side with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep our process moving. The Recruiting Coordinator will hold themselves at a high bar, with sharp attention to detail protecting the candidate experience every step of the way. This will be a full-time, non-exempt (fixed-term for 3 months) position located onsite at our Long Beach location.
