As the Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement, you will design, build, and deliver the training that helps Datadog’s recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and hiring managers do their best work, including how they use AI across the hiring process. You’ll turn new tools, processes, and AI workflows into e-learning, live sessions, and job aids that people use on the job, then keep them running in our learning platform. You’ll partner closely with our Senior Enablement Program Manager to shape the enablement roadmap. You’ll have a real say in what gets built and why, while owning the design and quality of everything we ship.
