The Project HR Director serves as the top HR leader on a project. They lead and oversee all human resources systems, policies and practices including, but not limited to, recruiting and staffing; performance management/improvement processes; employment and compliance to regulatory requirements; development and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; compensation and benefits administration; and employee safety.
