ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive the hiring strategy for our hardware teams within the Air Dominance and Strike division. This person will operate independently as a subject matter expert, ensuring we recruit top-tier hardware talent and shape our long-term talent strategy. Per Anduril's expansion plans, we anticipate this job will be based out of Long Beach, CA beginning late 2027. Until then, this role will be based out of Costa Mesa, CA. WHAT YOU’LL DO Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division. Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.…
