Purpose AbbVie’s Talent Acquisition organization has an exciting opportunity for a contract Senior Recruiter to support the Research & Development organization. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing robust recruitment strategies that align with the business’s needs, goals, and objectives. In addition to sourcing and recruiting top talent for AbbVie, this role requires collaborative strategic partnering with the business as well as cross-functional Talent Acquisition and HR partners.
