About this job

The Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Recruiting, is responsible for supporting the recruitment function across an assigned region of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and its subsidiaries by proactively identifying candidates and creating a pipeline of talent to improve quality of hire and time to fill. This position is also responsible for coordinating the recruiting efforts between Regional Directors, Regional Managers, Store Managers, various other Hiring Managers and the Human Resources Department. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates (w/ priority at the MIT, Service Manager/Advisor, and Certified Technician level) while maintaining a higher total store count/requisition load…
