About this job
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks within the Human Resources department. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, and requisition of supplies. The Human Resources Representative is the first point of contact for many team members and leaders within the organization and provides a high level of customer service and care. • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate team member.
