As a Senior G&A Recruiter, you'll run full-cycle recruiting across our highest-priority business functions at one of the most consequential moments in TRM's growth. You'll own TRM's most important G&A searches: senior and specialized roles that shape how the company operates and how sustainably we can pursue building a safer financial system. You'll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to translate ambitious business goals into concrete hiring plans, design candidate experiences that reflect the seriousness of our mission, and build the scalable recruiting practices a globally distributed, async-first company runs on.
