A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, providing best a best-in-class candidate experience. This role will work closely across multiple different teams to execute on the firm’s talent acquisition strategy and will have a strong emphasis on managing roles across the front office landscape including Quants, Strategists, Risk and Technology.
