The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. The internship will be in person at our McLean, VA and will begin on June 1, 2027 and end on August 6, 2027. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week during the 10-week program). This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As an intern, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.
