POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources team supporting our ER&D Americas region. This is an entry-level HRBP role that serves as a key point of contact for Americas-based engineering managers and employees across our Business Units, including Power Management, Thermal Management, Infrastructure Solutions, IT Systems, and Services. In this role, you will partner directly with people managers to provide day-to-day HR support, employee relations guidance, and coaching while ensuring consistency in HR processes and programs. The position executes core HR processes with accuracy and timeliness while also contributing to strategic workforce initiatives as ER&D continues to scale.…
