We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. This team owns hiring across Coinbase's G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, and you'll be responsible for owning full-lifecycle recruiting across your portfolio. Depending on business needs, you may also support product group hiring, so flexibility across talent markets is key. You'll partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, build strong pipelines, and contribute to process improvements that help the recruiting team scale. What you'll do: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio, with the flexibility to support both G&A and technical requisitions as business needs shift.…
