MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communications. Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems. Assist with updating and maintaining job descriptions and organizational documentation. Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, retention, workforce development, and continuous improvement. Gather, analyze, and report HR-related data utilizing Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
