STRATEGIC PLANNING, REPORTING & EXECUTIVE DECISION SUPPORT Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with RBDC, RBNA, and global planning standards. Partner with Vice Presidents, Directors, field leadership, RBNA, HQ Finance, Sales, Operations, Talent, IT, Route-to-Market, Legal, Real Estate, Distribution Services, and Commercial teams to develop realistic financial plans and actionable business recommendations. Act as a trusted business advisor for all related matters. Own business planning and revised forecasts across volume, pricing, COGS, indirects, CAPEX, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce investment, and operational assumptions.…
