Purpose The Business Human Resources (BHR) manager serves as a trusted partner to Finance leaders, helping to shape culture, support business strategies, and build the talent and organizational capabilities needed to advance AbbVie’s objectives and impact patients around the world. The role applies best-in-class HR practices to deliver and support programs that strengthen AbbVie as an employer of choice and empower employees at all levels of the organization. The BHR manager partners with leaders across assigned Finance functions to develop and implement people strategies and practical solutions that support business plans and both short- and long-term strategic objectives.
