About this job

Minimum of 2-5 years of automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience, within a franchised luxury dealership. Proven track record of achieving finance product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, compliance regulations, and menu-selling techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze credit reports and structure financing solutions effectively. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and finance software applications. Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.…
