About the Role We are seeking an exceptional finance transformation leader to help shape the future of our Finance organization. You’ll be the product leader for Finance: deciding what we build, buy or automate and leading the team that delivers it. Reporting to the SVP Finance, you will be responsible for transforming how Finance operates at HubSpot through AI, automation, advanced analytics, technology, process redesign and new organizational models. You will set the multi-year roadmap and personally drive the highest-impact initiatives. You will guide Finance into a new model where automation handles the transactional work, AI and analytics deliver predictive insight, and more of the team's time goes to shaping enterprise decisions.…
