This Opportunity WSP is seeking Construction Engineers for the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project in Virginia. This position will oversee construction activities on this high profile multi-billion dollar project, which is the largest project in VDOT history. We are seeking multiple positions with experience in construction management of heavy civil, bridge, roadway, ITS, and building structures.
