The Warehouse Team Coordinator – Cycle Count supports the Warehouse Supervisor by leading daily inventory control activities with a focus on cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and system integrity, enabling the Supervisor to focus on people leadership. This role is responsible for executing structured cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring accurate ERP (Oracle/IFS) transactions and reconciliations. The Coordinator works cross-functionally to resolve inventory issues that could impact production or shipping, helps drive Lean warehousing practices, maintains safety and 5S standards, and proactively communicates inventory risks, shortages, or variances to leadership.…
