Role Overview: We're looking for a hands-on Treasury Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day execution of Mercury's cash management and reporting processes. This is an execution- and build-focused role: you'll manage cash movements and approvals, maintain Treasury's core reporting cadence, and — critically — design and build the automated tools and workflows that let Treasury operate without relying on manual spreadsheet work or costly third-party platforms. We're especially interested in candidates who are fluent with modern AI and prioritize process and reporting automations.
