WHAT YOU’LL DO - Run the monthly and quarterly commission cycle, from pulling data and calculating commissions to validating payouts, getting approvals and handing off to payroll. - Investigate rep questions, document what you find, recommend fixes, and clear issues quickly so reps trust their payouts. - Work with Salesforce and data owners to keep source data clean, map new fields and deal types, and find upstream problems before they turn into payout errors. - Reconcile and audit payouts against payroll, bookings and plan terms every cycle. - Model the cost and payout impact of proposed plan changes and set up new plans in the system. - Automate manual steps, tighten SLAs and build reporting on attainment, payout cost and comp effectiveness.…
