The Role We’re looking for a People Analyst to help senior People leaders make better, faster decisions through data and clear storytelling. You’ll turn ambiguous questions into analyses, scalable reporting, and actionable recommendations. Using analytics tools, data systems, and AI, you’ll build dashboards and insight products covering workforce trends, organizational health, employee experience, talent outcomes, and People Team effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines analytical judgment, curiosity, and a strong understanding of how People teams operate. You Will Partner with senior People leaders to clarify priorities and deliver data-backed insights.
