The Financial Administration Compliance Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in a variety of mutual fund compliance activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. In this role, individuals are responsible for document preparation and verification, as well as maintaining professional, “value added” relationship and communication with internal and external clients. Responsibilities: Review daily Post Trade Compliance and Liquidity Risk Management results Develop and maintain a working understanding of applicable regulations governing the administration of mutual funds. This includes the Investment Company Act of 1940, Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code and other relevant requirements Assist with regulatory audits and provide support…
