The Office Services Support Floater plays a key role in delivering exceptional office support services across multiple prestigious law firm locations throughout the Downtown Miami and Brickell area. This client-facing position provides daily support in areas such as mail services, reprographics, hospitality, reception, facilities coordination, and other office services functions as needed. As a Floater, no two days are the same. You will rotate between client sites within walking distance of one another, providing seamless support where coverage is needed most. This role is ideal for a dependable, service-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly to new teams and processes, and can confidently work independently after an initial training period.…
