We’re seeking a Director, MQ Support / Administrator professional to join our production services middleware team. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Administer, support, and provision IBM MQ environments across IBM MQ appliances and/or containerized platforms Manage TLS certificates to maintain secure and reliable messaging connectivity Perform firmware upgrades and support ongoing platform maintenance activities Deploy, configure, and maintain MQIPT environments Provision new MQ infrastructure and support day-to-day operational requirements Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution of incidents Support incident management activities, including triage, escalation, resolution, and service restoration Support change management…
